Transparent aluminum has been in the media twice recently now, in two completely different circumstances.
Is this a trend??

In one case, Bang & Olufsen (the Danish company making high-end audio and multi-media equipment) is experimenting with using “transparent” aluminum to make controls for its products. See the article by clicking here.
